I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, where the tasteful decoration in the rooms and the friendly staff truly stood out. The courtyards were a lovely spot for breakfast, although I felt they could use a bit more greenery. Overall, it was a great experience with a few minor things that could enhance comfort.

While the common areas were comfortable and charming, I felt that adding a few more plants in the courtyards would enhance the atmosphere.

This boutique hotel is a true gem in the heart of Bukhara, offering a captivating blend of history, beautiful decor, and exceptional service. Each room reflects the local culture and design, making for a unique stay. The peaceful location allows easy access to major attractions. While the breakfast was delightful, I would have loved a few more options. Overall, it’s great value for an unforgettable experience.

Breakfast was served in a stunning 19th-century dining room, featuring a variety of tasty options, but I wished there were even more choices.
Facilities

The facilities, including the lovely patio filled with antiques, added charm to the stay, but there could be more amenities available to enhance the experience.

6.6/10

I found the hotel to have a charming atmosphere with a spacious room that was clean and well-decorated. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. However, the road leading to the hotel was under heavy construction, making access difficult, and there were some issues with the Wi-Fi and hot water during my stay, which detracted from the experience.

Rooms
8.0
The room was large, clean, and tastefully decorated, featuring modern amenities like a mini fridge and AC. Although well-maintained, it could be noisy at times due to poor insulation.
Service
7.0
The hotel staff were very welcoming and made efforts to assist whenever needed. However, communication could be improved as some inquiry responses were delayed.
Location
6.0
The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the old city; however, the dusty and unpaved road leading to it was a significant drawback.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast was included but varied; it was often limited to cold dishes unless there were enough guests, although they did provide cooked eggs.
Facilities
6.0
While the hotel had some nice features, like heated floors and free Wi-Fi, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, especially in the mornings.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. On the plus side, the atmosphere was charming, and the rooms were well-decorated and comfortable. Plus, it's just a short walk from the old city center. However, I was really disappointed with the lack of internet access, and the road outside the hotel could definitely use some improvement. The service was a bit slow on the first day, but it did pick up afterward.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were nicely decorated and quite comfortable, making it a pleasant place to rest.
Service
7.0
Service was lacking initially but became better on the second day, showing potential for improvement.
Location
9.0
The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes' walk from the charming old city center.
Dining

The breakfast area was part of a beautiful restaurant from the 19th century, which added to the overall experience.
Facilities

The hotel has unique character and is beautifully designed, but internet access was a major letdown.

My stay at Komil Boutique Hotel had its charm, especially with the unique character of the building and the wonderful breakfast setting. However, the construction outside made accessing the hotel a bit tricky, and the inconsistent Wi-Fi was frustrating at times. Overall, it's a cozy place with a lovely atmosphere, but some aspects need improvement.
